This stunning project in Caledon completed the full building task of an indoor pool and surrounding area.
This was a major project that involved dropping all pad footings 12 feet deep around the proposed pool zone, and significantly reworking the steel beam structure.
The pool deck was outfitted in a flame finished granite stone.
All fireplace stone was collected and restored from historical barn ruins elsewhere on the cascading property.
Accompanying the pool was a built-in hot tub with waterfall curb.
Additional rooms included multiple washrooms, change rooms, a large mechanical room, and underground parking.
All rooms were finished with Douglas fir that was brought in from British Columbia. Th fir was chosen for its beauty and resistance.
The wood columns were installed and then hand-carved in place.
